Terms of Service

Last updated 14 September 2026

These terms cover the use of Everything MC, the listing of Minecraft servers on it, and sponsorship. By using the site you agree to them. The site is operated by Jedric, LLC d/b/a Everything MC, a Texas limited liability company.

Using the Site

You may browse, vote, and use the tools without an account. You may not attack the site, scrape it at a rate that harms it, cast votes with automation or on behalf of other people, or try to reach data the site does not show you. Voting is one vote per Minecraft player, and one per network, for each server every 24 hours; votes cast in breach of these rules are removed and the addresses involved can be blocked.

Accounts

Server owner accounts are for people 13 and over. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. You can delete your account from the Account and Removal page; the deletion takes effect 14 days later and can be cancelled until then.

Listings

You may list a server you run or have the right to list. You prove that with the Votifier handshake or the MOTD code, and a listing appears publicly only once it is proved. What you write in a listing must be true, must be yours to publish, and must not be unlawful, hateful, sexual, or aimed at harming anyone. The site may edit, hide, or remove a listing that breaks these rules or the law, and may suspend the account behind it. A listing's address cannot be changed after it is proved; contact the site if your server moves.

Votes and Rewards

The site delivers votes to your server through Votifier so you can reward players. Delivery depends on your server accepting the connection, and the site does not promise that every vote arrives. Vote counts on the site are the site's record and are final.

Sponsorship

Sponsored slots are sold by a monthly auction with five slots ranked by bid. The period is one calendar month from 00:00 UTC on the first day to the end of the month. Bidding opens on the 24th of the previous month at 00:00 UTC and closes at 00:00 UTC on the first. The reserve is 0 dollars, and a 0 dollar bid is a claim. To beat a bid you must bid at least 5 dollars more when that bid is under 100 dollars, 10 dollars more from 100 to 499 dollars, and 25 dollars more at 500 dollars and above; the first paid bid over a claim is 5 dollars. Ties go to the earlier bid. Bids are final and can be raised but never lowered. One bid per server, and an account can win only one slot in one auction. Winners are the top five bids by amount. A winner has 48 hours from the offer to pay by card through Stripe, or to confirm a 0 dollar slot with one click. A slot that is not paid or confirmed in time passes to the next bidder at that bidder's own amount; the account that missed it cannot bid for six months, and cannot bid again after a second miss. A slot that is revoked also passes to the next bidder. A server may bid when its listing is verified and live, its account has no active penalty, and its uptime over the last 30 days, or over its whole history when it is newer than that, is at least 80 percent. A server that held a paid slot in the immediately preceding month pays 5 percent less than its winning bid, and 10 percent less after three consecutive paid months; the discount applies to the charge and never to the rank, a missed month ends the streak, and a 0 dollar slot starts no streak. Unsold slots show organic servers labelled Featured at no cost. Every closed auction is public, with winning bids and positions. Payments are by card through Stripe, which handles card details; the site never sees them. There are no refunds once the period starts, and the period is never prorated. A server that is offline for more than seven days in a row during a paid period loses its slot with no refund. A chargeback or a refund on a paid slot removes the server's listing from the site and closes the account to bidding. A sponsorship is for the server that won it: slots cannot be sold, transferred, sublet, or swapped, and a slot that advertises a different server than the one that bid is removed with no refund and a six month bidding ban.

Content and Rights

Everything MC, its name, its design, and its own text are the site's. No Warranty and Limits on Liability

The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, and information on it, including player counts and rankings, may be wrong or out of date. To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid the site in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 dollars if you paid nothing.

Ending These Terms

You can stop using the site at any time and delete your account. The site can suspend or end your account or listing for a breach of these terms. The sponsorship penalties above survive the end of an account.

Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. When the terms change, the date at the top changes and the new text is published here; material changes are announced on the site before they take effect.
