• emc_country remembers your country for 24 hours, so the site knows which privacy rules apply to you.
• emc_theme remembers your light or dark choice for one year.
• emc_vote remembers when you last voted for a server for 24 hours, so the vote page can show the countdown.
• emc_vote_msg and emc_report_msg carry a one word result code for 60 seconds after you send a vote or a report, so the page can show you what happened.
• emc_privacy remembers for one year that you turned analytics off on the Your Privacy Choices page.
• Signing in as a server owner keeps your session in your browser's own storage, not in a cookie, until you sign out.
• The security check on the vote and report forms may set a cookie on challenges.cloudflare.com for that check.
• For visitors outside the regions that require consent, Google Analytics sets _ga and cookies whose names begin with _ga_. They identify your browser to Google Analytics for up to two years, so the site can count visits.

Visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland get no analytics cookies today. The site also honors the Global Privacy Control signal by not setting analytics cookies for a browser that sends it.

The Your Privacy Choices page turns analytics off.
